MORPHO provides deliveries worldwide using FedEx delivery services. Shipping costs will vary by your order size, weight, and destination. Depending on the shipping address, the time of the delivery will vary as well.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your order is prepared and ready to be dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will contain the tracking number. By clicking on the “Track Package”, you will be redirected to our delivery partner’s website where you can use the generated tracking code to follow the live status of your order.

Delivery charges do not include any import fees (duties and taxes), which may be applicable depending on the destination of your order.


If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before the shipping confirmation, please contact us at with your order number. However, if you have already received a shipping confirmation, this means your order is out for delivery. You can process the return of the items in its original condition for a refund or exchange.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we will apply a USD 5.00 return fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Our return process usually takes up to 14 days from when you sent back your items. As soon as your return has been handled you will be refunded through the original payment method you chose for your order. The transaction usually takes 2-5 working days and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail once the refund has been issued.
